Looking good in the neighborhood

Our experience with Seabreeze has been completely positive! They are competent, reliable and competitively priced for all that we have done with them over the years: landscape and hardscape projects, yard maintenance and snow plowing. The most recent work they did for us was exceptional and we get compliments from neighbors and passer by's on a regular basis. They did more than just widen our driveway, they completely transformed it. Their creative vision resulted in a retaining wall with garden area for my wife and a basketball area for my boys. We look forward to working with Seabreeze on future projects.

Looking good at Gorham House

I was just in a meeting reviewing how our 20^th Anniversary Party went, and many of the staff commented how our property looked so nice. There were also so many guests who told me that it has been a dramatic change.

Kudos from our customers

This is the first season (and I have lived here and served on the Board for 6 years) that there have been no resident complaints written to me regarding the grounds maintenance. Take a bow! As a business owner, it is just as important that we get good feedback. People tend to voice complaints and forget to express appreciation for a job well done. For me (again, as a resident, not a Board member) the change of vendors to Seabreeze was the right decision for Brydon Farm. I am writing this as a private resident at Brydon Farm, not as a representative of the Association. Thank you for doing such a great job out here. The grounds look great. Your crew has been efficient and courteous. I notice sometimes that residents interrupt them while they are working and they take the time to listen to thoughts and concerns. The crew works like ants on a picnic and care about the quality of the job. I truly appreciate the hard work it takes to make the grounds look so nice. Even with the rain, your people showed up and did the best they could with the circumstances. Just wanted you to know that as far as I am concerned, this is the best it has been out here. Seabreeze Awarded Portland International Jetport Contract

Seabreeze Property Services, Inc. has been awarded the contract for exterior landscaping services at the Portland International Jetport by the Purchasing Department of the City of Portland. The five-year contract includes a plan to optimize the beauty and curb appeal of the Portland Jetport property and save money on maintenance costs.
Pete and John Kelly are partners and owners of Seabreeze Property Services and note “The Jetport is a high visibility property that serves as the welcoming gateway to the city offering the first and last impression of Maine for air travelers. We plan to work with the Jetport and the city to develop and enhance its curb appeal and leave visitors with positive impression of Portland.” The firm’s comprehensive plan addresses the health of the landscape as well as a 5-step color program to enhance the landscape at the Jetport.

Good Works

Seabreeze Property Services has provided support to four charity auctions this spring that support families and children. They were a Gold Sponsor of the Deering High Golf Classic for the Jimmy Fund and a Bronze sponsor of the Champions for Kids Auction sponsored by the Salvation Army and donated $500 worth of landscape services to the auction. In addition they contributed $500 Gift Certificates to the Cheverus Scholarship Fund Auction and Purses with a Purpose Charity Auction for the Ronald Mc Donald House.
