Kudos from our customers

This is the first season (and I have lived here and served on the Board for 6 years) that there have been no resident complaints written to me regarding the grounds maintenance. Take a bow! As a business owner, it is just as important that we get good feedback. People tend to voice complaints and forget to express appreciation for a job well done. For me (again, as a resident, not a Board member) the change of vendors to Seabreeze was the right decision for Brydon Farm. I am writing this as a private resident at Brydon Farm, not as a representative of the Association. Thank you for doing such a great job out here. The grounds look great. Your crew has been efficient and courteous. I notice sometimes that residents interrupt them while they are working and they take the time to listen to thoughts and concerns. The crew works like ants on a picnic and care about the quality of the job. I truly appreciate the hard work it takes to make the grounds look so nice. Even with the rain, your people showed up and did the best they could with the circumstances. Just wanted you to know that as far as I am concerned, this is the best it has been out here. Have a great day and I look forward to you taking care of my plantings atmy unit in the fall.
